By working to retain various elements of the existing tenancy after a demolition, General Public is a significant example of strong design development and excellent workmanship.


With a 10 week fit-out program with no minimal lead time, JL Shopfit had to execute a balance of new and old. Even with extensive demolition works, it was important to keep existing elements of the original tenancy and creatively incorporate them into a new design.

This unique project saw the JL Shopfit team engage with a variety of stakeholders including the likes of AMF Bowling, Beer dispensing systems, Kitchen equipment and value engineering the desired outcome to meet the clients’ budget needs.
